Title:Caregiver / Direct Support Professional- Waiver
Department:Client Services

Enhance the lives of children and adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities by providing one-on-one direct support care in their home and in the community. Teach and assist with activities of daily living to improve independence for the individuals.

Must have one of the following:

  1. High school diploma or GED
  2. One year of relevant supervised work experience with a public health, human services or other community service agency
  3. Two years of verifiable successful history with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.

Must have own reliable transportation with insurance and registration. Full-time, Part-Time and PRN, Hourly rate varies.
