Help adults with special needs gain independence. This position assists adults with disabilities in mastering meaningful and fulfilling jobs in the community by supporting the client during the beginning phases of employment. Tasks include, assisting with routines, clocking in/out, learning specific job tasks, and overcoming barriers in the workplace. High school diploma required, some college preferred. Computer skills and ability to provide own transportation required. Must be 21 years of age. Variable hours flexible availability scheduling required to accommodate client’s work scheduling. $10.00 per hour.
