The Elizabeth Richardson Center is the most comprehensive provider of disability services in Northwest Arkansas and has been operating as a non-profit organization for over 50 years!

We are looking for Part Time and Full Time people that have the ability to communicate effectively with consumers, families, and staff. Ability to read Individual Program Plans, Behavior Management Plans, data sheets, safety rules, etc. and the ability to complete written documentation for such plans on computer software. Ability to understand and work basic mathematical concepts, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division (as one might need to complete recipes).  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Prefer CNA and/or 1 year of experience working with people with disabilities but will train those with desire to work with Developmentally Disabled Adults. Must be at least 21 years old to qualify for ERC’s vehicle Insurance. Motor Vehicle Record must be acceptable to ERC’s vehicle insurance carrier.

Part time 5am to 8am - Part Time and Full Time Evenings and Part Time and Full Time Nights Available, 5 days a week. $10 to $12 an hour depending on qualifications.

For all positions with the Elizabeth Richardson Center, a valid driver’s license or photo ID is required. Extensive background checks and drug testing will be performed. For all driving positions, you must be 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license and a good motor vehicle record.
